Proposed acquisition by Earth Brews Limited of certain business assets owned by Chai Bora Limited.
The Fair Competition Commission (FCC) has published a public notice regarding the proposed acquisition by Earth Brews Limited of certain business assets owned by Chai Bora Limited. The FCC's review and investigation of the transaction have commenced.
According to the notice, the transaction relates to the acquisition of certain business assets of Chai Bora Limited, including landed properties, plant and machinery, fixtures and movable properties, trademarks and brands, goodwill, business records and closing inventory. The FCC states that, following implementation of the transaction, Earth Brews Limited will own the acquired assets, including assets supporting the continued manufacture and supply of products under the Chai Bora, Café Bora and Dabaga's brands. Interested parties have been invited to submit comments to the FCC within fourteen days from the first publication date of the notice (22 September 2026).
